  • Cultivate strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals, while also identifying opportunities for new client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing plans and support business development efforts.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, including weekly sales calls and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and adhere to company policies and business ethics codes.

  • Spearhead the development and execution of business strategy, ensuring alignment with divisional goals for growth and industry leadership.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration across diverse sales environments.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to sales managers to achieve business objectives and foster growth and client retention.
  • Serve as a thought leader, offering insights on market trends and intelligence to inform commercial strategies.
  • Cultivate strategic alliances and leverage existing relationships to amplify business opportunities.
  • Prioritize data analysis through analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to reveal sales trends and drive actionable insights.
  • Recruit and develop sales talent, ensuring alignment with organizational values and competencies.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new clients, as well as additional business opportunities from existing clients.
  • Stay informed about potential client activity and pursue new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry engagements.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, firm leaders, and industry partners.
  • Build and maintain a client pipeline across various service lines, collaborating with service line leaders to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
  • Prepare and process responses to client requests for quotes, engagement letters, and statements of work.
  • Attend and participate in various market events and networking activities to drive brand awareness and business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
