As a GRC Mentor, you will:

    • Career and Job Trajectory: Guide mentees on navigating career paths within the GRC field, exploring different specializations, and identifying potential career goals.
    • On-the-Job Experience: Share practical advice and real-world examples from your own GRC career, helping mentees understand the day-to-day responsibilities and challenges of different roles.
    • Job Searching: Offer guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and networking strategies to help mentees effectively navigate the job search process.
• Share your experience: Contribute valuable insights from your own GRC career journey, offering practical advice and real-world examples.
• Motivate and encourage: Foster a positive and supportive environment for mentees, helping them build confidence and navigate the early stages of their GRC career.

Commit to a minimum of 2-3 hours per week: Maintain an open calendar for mentees to book appointments for mentorship sessions.
